PWSD #3 is excited to roll  out a new customer portal called FrontDesk!  This new platform will be used for all online credit/debit card transactions, AutoPay (formerly ACH) via eCheck transactions and receiving email bills.  For all customers, both new and returning, using one of these services, a new FrontDesk account must be created.  FrontDesk is accessed by using the "Online Bill Pay" button  You will need your account number and service address as shown on your bill to create a FrontDesk account.  If  you are using online credit/debit card transactions, AutoPay via eCheck transactions and receiving email bills please set up your account at your earliest convenience.  Please remove any saved bookmarks which would direct you to the old payment platform since it has been disabled.  Please contact the office at 417-337-8451 with any questions.

In addition to the previously described services, FrontDesk offers customers the ability to view more account detail than previous methods.  Setting up your FrontDesk account will open a better window into your water utility account.

For customers who prefer to pay water bills via phone calls with credit/debit cards no new FrontDesk acocunt is needed.  You will still be able to make phone payments by calling 1-877-690-3729 by having your account number and using the Jurisdiction Code, 3571.  The fees to use this feature to pay your bill are explained in the phone call.
